I was living in this apartments for a year ,i gave them the proper notice to bacate the unit , what was 60 days ,and paid my last month for what I really though it was the last one , and after that they still charging me because they had to change the carpet , even that when i moved out is was clean , in good conditions and was still new, also for trash , I understand about that one because it shouldn't be any there whenever you go to other place , but at the same time it looks unfair for me , charging me for some damages where never done in the apartment.Everything else was good epcept for some kind of people bottering at 3:00 in the morning in your door , or your neighbors having party all night.But it is a good place to stay not for too long , but yes until you find a better place to be.I really didn't know that when in somewhere they change the carpet the prior resident gets charge for if there was not damages to it.But well in the begining everything was good , basically I've never had any problem except the ones I had already mentionated ,the maintance team always responded on time whenever we had any problem in the apartment, the staff was always very helpfull ,but in one time I could see a bad expresion on the face of the manager when I was trying to solve something about the lack in my front door , I think it was one of those days in a bad move , but I do forgive them for all the non good things , and will say to the Managers that it is good when the residents of the apartments goes to you to have a nice actitud , and if you can't solve the situation at least speak in a good way, not just hide in the office and let anyone else to solve it for you .You are the Manager , the residents listen to you and feel better when you care about them.Any way I'm not here for judge nobody , whoever read this forgive me for it,I'm just saying what happened to me, it may not be your case , or you maybe already did superate about your caracter, but the only one can do that is God for his son Jesus , the one came to us in fless and was crucified, and told us that we have to love each other , not for the color ,the lenguage ,just because we are all here for God's will.God bless you all.
