Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Nestled between the barbed wire surrounding the mini mart and the popeye?s with the bars on the windows, this little slice of heaven offers all the amenities. From being woken up every morning to the best from Chingy and the Ying Yang Twins, to having your upstairs neighbors move their oak furniture every freaking night, to having the apartment staff enter your dwelling and spy on you when you aren?t there, Silversmith Creek has it all. DO NOT CONFUSE THIS WITH GROVE PARK!!! Although it is adjacent, in reality, they are worlds apart. Wanna test your car alarm' Have all the joy of being woken up at 4am to find your windows have been broken. Too much self esteem' The friendly office staff will happily cut you down to size! Not yet sick of living in Jacksonville' Let our festing dumpster get you ready for that move! A couple years ago the police raided every apartment here, then they slapped a fresh set of paint on and called them renovated!
