I have lived here for about 2 years now and I guess i have mixed feelings. I have had bad neighbors but they have moved out. There are some people with loud music but not all of them. There are good people here... but there are some shady people here also. I have had someone try to sell me drugs while I was getting my mail and I have also seen people raising a family here. Sometimes people leave garbage outside their door, but not always. The maintanence and staff are caring. They fix things in a hurry and never had any problems. The rent is reasonable. The Gate hasnt worked for a total of 2 weeks while I have lived here so there is no security. Even if it did work, a child could push it open. The pool is kept clean and so are the grounds. Parking is a bit cramped but it seems to be just enough for everyone here. Overall I was on the fence about this place. If you are a single male, its not a bad place to live. Most single women might want to look elsewhere. I have finally decided to move because my car was stolen and I want to move somewhere with more security. But then again it hasnt been that bad living here... I guess check it out and if you are not too picky this might be good for you.
