I moved in Dec of 2004. This place was ok for the price. But after living here, I have noticed more and more horrible things that are falling apart in my apartment. For example....the walls have holes in them that have been patched and painted over, the air conditiong and heating system doesnt deliver to the bedroom and by that I mean I get barely any heat or AC in my bedroom. The one maintance guy is an ------- alone and an upstanding professional in front of management. Jeez I could go on...the security gate hasnt worked since I moved in 2004 and its 2006 and it still doesnt work. The laundry facility smells like gas all the time and 98% of the time dont work. They say they are improving but they are just improving the outside. What good does the landscape do if the apartments themselves are crap'' Oh and did I forget to mention there are insect swarms inside the bedroom during the spring.
