I lived in Silversmith Creek for two years, and liked it. The apartments are HUGE! And the maintenance staff was AWESOME - I mean, they changed my air filter, checked my fire bottle, and they were VERY timely in their responses to my troublecalls. It seemed pretty safe, too. It's not fancy, but that was okay with me! If you're looking for something clean and well-kept, at a reasonable price, this is the place to live!
