I signed a one year lease here back in October of 2008. During that time, they stopped providing pest control, didn't maintain the premises very well and the pool was remained closed all year long due to "circumstances beyond our control". I eventually filed a consumer complaint which got me nowhere since they just lied and said they were complying with Florida Law and all the statutes. Now there is a completely new staff which are very rude and they don't seem to know their ass from a hole in the ground. I would NOT recommend moving here. It may seem cheap but trust me, you can find other places in Jacksonville that treat their renters with kindness and respect and actually take care of their property that are even cheaper than this place.
