	This is the baddest place ever i saw lot's of crime and staff is so bad they never come and fix anything they are so bad i never recomend to live in here to anyone!

	This place is not the greatest. The office staff talks down to you and treat you like riff raff. They are NOT helpful and are VERY rude and getting maintance to come and fix anything in the apartment is hard ... more

	Southpoint is a great place to live. I have lived at southpoint for 2 year. The Staff is great very freindly, always willing to help, on top of everything,good area, no crime. The grounds look good.
