This place has really gone down hill in the past year

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
The landscaping is no longer being kept up except in the front. The sprinklers don't work and no effort has been made to repair them. Parking is an absolute NIGHTMARE. No rules are enforced, so people park behind the garages all the time. The place needs painting and is really in very bad shape.
