We've lived here since August of 2005. We just signed a new lease and plan to stay until we buy a house. We have a 2 bedroom and it's HUGE for the money. The staff is incredibly nice and maintenance always gets things done quickly. In response to the review prior to this one, I lived next door to the maintenance manager (until he changed apartments recently) and most of the "creepy looking guys" are other residents. Larry, the maintenance manager, works hard and gets things done quickly. He's friends with most of the residents and I've never had an issue with "loud drunken parties". The girls in the office are super nice and make sure to help you as quickly as possible. I feel safe in this neighborhood; I can walk around outside at night without worrying. The apartments come with alarms, so that helps with safety as well.

The one negative I have about the complex is the parking. Each apartment comes with a garage included in the rent as well as one assigned space. This would work out fine for most residents, except that most people use their garage for storage.

The residents in the community are also super nice. We've made friends with most of our neighbors and it's nice to have people around that you can trust. It helps with the safety feelng. Overall, it's a great complex and I'm happy living here.
