There has been a large, disgusting hole in the kitchen ceiling of our apartment, #904 since October of 2006. For SIX MONTHS We submitted countless requests for service and were ignored. It wasn't until March of 2007 that our ceiling was finally repaired. During the rainy season our kitchen and dining room flooded every time it rained, leaving us to clean up the awful mildewy mess. These people couldn't care less about community. We found an AMAZING new apartment and are so thrilled to be out of Southern Pines. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!

I am not sure that you are talking about the right apartment. There is a Southern Pines Apt in Decatur, Ga and I am sure that this review was meant for them not me. and this is my fault cause when I started the reviews I did not pay attention to the address. But based on the other reviews on this page I am sure that this is a great place to live... Sorry about the mix up
