This community is only clean besides the apartment office. It is not cleaned properly. The service requests opened are never resolved. I hate to stay here..

Wow, if you are the manager of this property, you are showing yourself to be pretty questionable with this response. I wouldn't rent from you. You should take some training in customer service. This is not how you deal with difficult people, even if you are in fact in the right.

I, too, am a long-time tenant. I must agree with the above response. I have grown weary of new residents who fail to honor the rules, fail to place materials in the dumpster properly, and fail to pick up after their dogs. Management can only do so much; it is up to the individual to live responsibly and with care and concern for others.

"It's not cleaned properly"? What complex are YOU talking about? This is one of the best communities in the Baymeadows area and maintenance takes great care of the property. I've never had any issues whatsoever and every single neighbor I've talked to has nothing but good things to say about it. If you "hate to stay here", then you can leave, nobody tied you to your apartment.

You must be the manager or contact person for one of the office staff. How come You talk to every single neighbor? Also it is a decision to be taken by the resident(they are tied by the rental agreement) rather than You telling what to do..
