For the rent you get an older apartment and unattached garage, with outdated appliances, an older kitchen, bathrooms that are outdated and questionable. The place needs some serious work. The grounds have been ignored for quite some time, at first glance it does not appear so down trodden, but after a while you see how poorly the grounds are maintained. The tennis court needs resurfacing; the tot lot was torn down and the way things are here it will be some time, if ever, that it will be replaced. If you want to use the pool bring a chair, there are about 4 chairs and 2 lounges so don't plan to relax there! The hot tub is roped off!!
As for safety - IT IS VERY DARK the lighting is extremely poor.So once your in for the night it is best to stay there walking after dark is not a safe option due to the lack of adequate street lights.
The staff does try to make things better and the location is great for activities, but the sign says Luxury and that is just bad advertising!
