THIS APT COMPLEX IS NOT THAT GREAT, #1 police seems to always be there a couple of days out the month to check your driver licence when your coming in, traps they call it, then they always are doing inspections, very inconvinient always having them people in your apt, no privacy, they act like your living in a palce, my car got broken into 2 times my treo pda was stolen and they can't do jack the best thing about this apt is that they have after school care for your kids the bridge, half the community is on welfare and don't work my lord, but oh no im moving in a few days and i would not recommend, i was paying full rent too.

The manager is extremely nasty along with his secretary,they take their time fixing things and they don't do a good job so you end up calling them over and over about the same thing.I remember when we had a very bad rain storm,when I tell you roofs were caving in water was leaking from the air conditioner unit it was a mess. And just like they fixed Durkeeville up they should fix all of the public housing apartments up its ashame.And one morning Mr.Perry the manager walked right into my apartment without even knocking what if I had not been decent.They want their rent but they don't want to repair things like they should.And they need to do something about those nasty trash filled ponds they have out here the fences are not even secured and I see kids playing in there everyday and I have also called the police because I afraid someone might drown and this is the icing on the cake they have a registerd sex affender living in apartment 19 I seen him on the internet with the apartments address is that legal? And he is always surounded by children. If the maintenance men leave these women alone maybe they can get some work done.And the person they have over the laundry room is so sorry and inconsiderate she wont even put a sign on the washers and dryers that don't work please if this apartment is one of your choices don't do it.
