Good luck getting your problems fixed!!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
Lived here for three years and although it is mostly peaceful, the admin. sucks. Unless something is seriously wrong, it will usually take at least two trips to the office for them to send someone to look, then the repair is usually only a patch before you have the same problem a few months later.
