i have lived in spanish oaks for three years and management has changed and i can see the positive changes that are happening in the apartments. the office staff is always honest and polite. they try their best to get things done in a timely manner. the grounds look alot better and you can see the changes and repairs being done on a daily basis. there is little or no crime here as a single parent of two small children i feel very safe morning, noon or night. i love being where iam. come see the new spanishoaks apartments and their staff.

i have been here for 2year. no changes been made. i have been waiting 3months for my tub backups to be fixed. dirty water backs up into my tub each day & night. sorry but i just dont see the changes.
