when i moved into my apartment, the carpets were destroyed and not even tacked down, the water heater didnt work, there were NO GFI switches on the outlets. they had painted the countertops and the paint would just come off when you wiped it, our door had been kicked in previously and had not been changed so there were nails sticking out everywhere and the chain lock was broken, the tile in the bathroom was broken, the stove top didnt work, and the list goes on. i only lived at spanish oaks for a short time. when i left, there still werent gfi switches, the tile was still broken and the carpet was still destroyed. GOOD LUCK GETTING ANYONE TO DO ANYTHING AT THIS COMPLEX. MY CARPET WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CHANGED BUT THEY SENT SOMEONE TO CLEAN IT INSTEAD, knowing that you cant clean BLEACH STAINS!!!!!!! i was caring for my niece and nephew at the time and needed things to work! these people did nothing to resolve the issues i had even after i had contacted them on a daily basis!
