Inadequate information and response

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
Moved out of my apartment giving the proper notice and left it in good condition. It has now been over 2 months and I have not received my deposit back. I was given many excuses such as they were without computers for one month, it takes 90 days to get a deposit refund, the complex sold and they are not sure where the deposit money is or if I will get my money back.
