Spicewood Springs is Inhospitable

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
The leasing office is absolutly rude and unable to do their jobs. They are unable to process paperwork and are unwilling to work with you. Several people have complained and once you sign the lease, you are no longer important. Drug deals go on right in front of the apartments and police seem to be here more often than the residents. Overall, my advise is to not come here.
