I was very impressed by the look of the place, but I shouldn't have judged the book by it's cover. Within the first 2 weeks, I had bugs galore, everything from gnats to roaches and palmetto bugs. It is like pulling teeth to get an exterminator in this place. The apartment was not cleaned properly before I moved in, and I still have not gotten my sccreens replaces from the day I signed the lease. Don't forget to ask about the water policy. A family of 4 pays the same for water as a single person. The people in the office are not helpful. The security gates have not worked, I am not sure if they ever have. Don't be fooled.
