My husband and I moved into this complex in February of 2004 and we were introduced to what was supposed to be a great complex with gates around it and limited access. Ha Ha Ha. We did not get to see the apartment we were to move into until after we signed the Lease. Big no no. We completed the move in check list within a week and was not completed within two months. Finally the manager came in and took notes of what they had done and what they hadnt and even admitted to her poor maintance staff. But that was only the beginning of our problems here. The gates only worked for a short time and then they ran into my car as i was going through them the only day that they actually worked!!! They did not notify us that they were painting our building and painted over personal property. Very important personal property. They did not notify us that we were to be getting new mail boxes, just took away our right to mail for two days. During Hurricane Francis, my roof leaked (we are on the third floor). I came home from a vacation with my entire master closet caved in onto the floor. Hurricane Francis hit the first week of september.. Here we are the first week of October and it is still not fixed. I HAVE A HOLE IN MY ROOF!!!! I would not recomend this complex to anyone.. There is too much loitering outside and loud noises. No peacefulness. DONT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN... DONT MOVE HERE IF YOU LIKE THE PEACE. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU DONT LIKE TO SEE THE POLICE WATCHING THE PLACE ALL THE TIME FOR CRIMINALS. It is not safe for children... Poor customer service.. poor staff.. and if the manager swears she is going to call you back, dont listen to a word.
