I have lived at Spicewood Springs for almost 2 years with my 6 year old daughter, it is the quitest property that I have lived at. My apartment is a nice size and I haven't had any problems. I don't understand why so many people have complianed. When you live in an apartment things happen that the office can not control and they really do try to solve the problems the best that they can with in a timely manner. The office staff is great and mainance has gone throu some changes but are getting better. As for the gates if people won't tailgate and break them, then they would work.
