The truth about living here is it's just o.k. I'm sure not all the bad reviews are exaggerations, but it's also not the greatest place to live. It's very affordable to live here and for that price, it's o.k. Try to get an apartment either facing the street or the side. The majority of the problems (especially parking) come from the apartment buildings facing each other. There are also 2 addresses for this property and both sides have same apartment numbers making it very confusing for whoever doesn't live here (deliveries, acquaintances, police) to find the right place. good luck trying to get a place on the first floor. maintenance is sometimes slow. You could find a better place, but for the affordable price, it's not all bad.
