I like to think of Spicewood Springs as what I call a "Monet." From a distance, they look really nice and seem like a safe, clean, good place to live. It was this nice little gated community. (Which by the way, I've lived there for almost 3 years and the gates have worked a total of 3 months!) However, up close, they are a big old mess. I got my apartment broken into last year, which started a series of break-ins. It seems as though an awfully lot of people don't "work" like the rest of us. It is a shame that you feel unsafe in your own home. Please don't be fooled by this Monet! It is a big old mess all the way around.
