I live at Spicewood and have no problems. I have a porblem with people gettin on here and bashing a place yet never move. If you don't like it then leave. Why would people stay at a "horrible and unsafe place" for 3 long years. Every year at the end of your lease you can move out.....Again people, you need to remember that you get what you pay for, this community was built in the 80's not in 2005. ALso, safety like everything else in your community, is a group effort. And the gates would remain closed longer if other residents and their friends would not break them(surely it's not office personnel breaking the gates). So, next time look at yourself before you judge others.
