Who would give this place a positive review' Management perhaps' Anyway, you have to believe the overwhelming majority, myself among them, Spicewood Springs is a bad place to live. When it comes to making a big change like moving into a new place, "just give this place a chance and you'll see" (as one reviewer I believe said) is not going to cut it. Trust me, all you will see is what a horrible experience it is to live here. The buildings are unsafe. One reviewer wrote something to effect that safety was a "group effort" and we shouldn't be complaining. Sorry, but a group effort isn't going to stop a fire from starting because of old/bad electical work. The number of fires in this place is unbelievable and too many to be just careless people. Oh, and there are definately some less than desireable people here. Yes, bad people are everywhere, but it's kind of disturbing to live one door away from a weekly domestic disturbance resulting in police involvement, one floor above a drug dealer, and near who knows what else' I could go into all the details about all the bad things, but let's not waste any more time. If you're reading this, you're probably looking for an apartment. Pass this one by.
