My husband and I are from Miami so we are used to the trash but there are just somethings that you can't ignore. For example, people who have their car radio so loud that even with their windows closed I can still hear them LOUD AND CLEAR at 8am on a Saturday morning! I live the on the 3rd floor! Those wanna be thugs with their bass at 2am setting off car alarms at all hours of the night. The parking spaces are big enough to park a golf cart granted the people here knew how to park! The like to park behind other cars and in the middle of the driving lane. A month after I moved in one of the main pipes in the plumbing busted open and started flooding the parking lot causing no water for the day. Thank god I'm married otherwise I would NOT feel safe around here by myself! The men around here act like they haven't seen a woman in years! As far as the management goes, I'd say they are ok. Barbara is a sweetheart! The crew is ok but usually don't speak much english. The kids from the next door complex constantly climb over the fence and play ball around peoples cars. I can't wait to move. Oh yeah and the gate will never be working regardless of what they say!!!!! Not once in the 4 months I have been here did I see anyone attempt to fix it. Why do they even bother giving us gate cards'

Update: I moved out of this hell hole in March 2006. My husband is in the Navy so we sued military clause since he was going on deployment. I moved back home for a while then moved back to Jacksonville when he got home. I checked my credit report and found a charge from them for breaking the lease early for $300. Under military clause they legally can't do that. I had to go back there and show them paperwork AGAIN before they would call the collection company and get it taken off. Thank god I got a typed letterhead from them stating that we were breaking lease under military clause otherwise I would have been screwed out of $300 for lack of intelligence!
