Crime does not have a address. All areas of Jacksonville seem to have a problem with crime. So don't put the blame on the property or management. They are not responislbe for the guest that the resident allow to visit them. { The Gates are for limited acess only. They are not for security)
By the way for the person who wrote about the manager , she has been out on medical leave for the past month. So please stand to be corrected concerning managemet skills. How can you comment on someone who is not at work.
Also for the peolpe who are seriously considering moving please do not take all of these bogish commiments to be true. Most of the people who commiment on this web site are ex-empolyees who have either been fired or who are no longer with the company or resodent who do not want to follow the rules of the property.
Spicewood Springs is a WONDERFUL place to live.
