I lived in Spicewood Springs for several years and have watched it go down hill. When I first moved in it was an ok place to live but then management changed and it became the GHETTO. The back gates were locked and the fire department couldn't get in to put out a fire and a man died as a result, a baby was left in one of the apartments for several weeks alone while her mother was in jail, several shootings, a man was found dead in his truck, when I called the front office to see what was going on they told me "we do not live here so we do not know what happened", I saw cars almost on a daily basis that had been broken into (the gates never worked), drug deals in broad daylight, if you called the front office for a repair they were rude and most of the time you had to call for several weeks to have the problem fixed, I always paid my rent on time but got several notices saying that I had three days to pay or I would be evicted, it would take them days to find my check while I am living on edge, Management is horrible and rude. If you are considering moving there do yourself a favor and DON"T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
