While I lived there someone was killed, a group of apts broken into and cars trashed, also they don't make the tenants keep the rules. Also have poor bug control and will not change service because the bookkeeper knows the owner. Someone tried to break into my apartment and they said they wouldn't do anything to them even through I had called the police and their was a police report and the police said he had done this several times before. It is very unsafe and poorly maintained and the property manager is very hard to work with
