Reading some of these ratings makes this place sound like a horrible place to live, but I have been here for about a year and the only complaint I really had was the roaches during the summer... After they sprayed the place I have yet to see one since. No these apartments are not that luxurious but it's not a bad deal for what I am paying. Maintenance has fixed my A/C and garbage disposal within one day, so I really can't complain about that. Noise levels are moderate and as far as crime goes... well this is Jacksonville. Overall I think I made a good choice, sure there are better places out there but not in this price range.
