I've lived at Spicewood for about eight months now, and my only complaint is that it's in Jacksonville. The maintenence works very hard, my requests get taken care of in a very timely manner. The office is always busy, but I always get answers to my questions/concerns. I know of some people who complain of crime here, but if you ask JSO there's worse crime in the apartments surrounding Spicewood. The gates have worked every time the office said they would, only to have idiots break them withing days everytime. I understand how difficult it must be to keep repairing them, probably pretty expensive too! My neighbors are pretty chill, no loud parties or anything, some noise from upstairs, but nothing excessive. My only real complaint is that no one picks up after their dogs.
