I have lived here over 12 years now and Finally they are doing renovations!! The crime has always been a problem because of the section 8 apartments across the street! But the aviance is really nice. The path around the lake gives a nice place to take a walk (just dont do it after dark!) The security gates did WORK at one time but residents keep breaking them....There are plans to install sliding type gates in the near future and that will cut down ALOT of the crime etc..The prices for 2 bd 1 bath has steadily gone up but IF they ever get the place back to where it used to be
its worth the $805.00 a month.
