At first things were great, until we had a small kitchen fire. The property manager was completely unprofessional at handling the situation and showed her true colors. You'd think they'd move us to a new unit until the sut and smoke was gone, but that would be too much work right' You could tell that she was unprepared for the situation and instead of showing compassion, she continued on with a nasty attitude towards us. We were treated like criminals for an accident that happened. We went over two weeks without a functioning stove and honestly had to go all the way live on the manager and PAY for the one we received. I never expected such to happen because I was under the impression that we were moving into a nice complex with great management, but that was proved WRONG once a little pressure was put on management and she actually had to do some work. I'd never recommend this complex to anyone. They did a terrible job on the carpet!!!! The sorry behind maintenance painted our light switches on and we had to to get paint thinner to push the switches down... idiots!! I didn't even mention the fact that they began renovation without warning residents and many mornings were spent awakened by vigorous and LOUD banging, as the roof was being repaired. The gates are NEVER closed, i repeat NEVER! All equipment in the gym is missing the stick that holds the weight on. And don't try to get a good parking space after 5pm, you might as well give up before you even try because you waisting your time and I'm waisting mines telling you. I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last place on earth and you'd be a damn fool if you moved in here after knowing this.
