HUSBAND WAS NEWLY STATIONED FOR THE 1ST TIME TO A SHIP. I FOUND THIS IN APT GUIDE. WELL THEY MAKE A KILLING IN GOVERNMENT FUNDING! THEY SAY YOU HAVE TO QUALIFY FOR SUBSIDIZED HOUSING ,MAKING LESSING THAN $30,000 A YR OK ITS FL NO BIGGIE. WELL THEY HIKE THE RENT UP AND THEN YOUR TUCK WITH A WATER BILL BASED ON AN AVERAGE NOT CONSUMPTION! WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR THE USE OF EVERYONE'''!!!STILL WITH ME' YEAH THEY HAD ME IMPRESSED WITH THERE GYM AND GOLF CARTS, BUT THEY TAKE FOREVER TO FIX ANYTHING!

Lived here since 98. It was United Water then went to JEA around 2003-2004. Water was never included in the rent. always individulally metered. (the average utilitiy bills are used to calculate the rent, simply a survey every now and then about how muck you pay for your water and elec.) Maintnence is fine with us.
