I lived at Spinnaker for 3 years, moved because we bought our own home. Our experience here has been a great one. The office staff is always helpful and quick to assist us with our needs. Maintenance is wonderful. Even after hours they respond quickly. Our apartment was very spacious. The staff does everything to ensure the property is kept neat and clean. I have even seen the manager and other office staff walking around picking up the grounds on the weekends. I would highly recommend Spinnaker as a great place to live. Its the best place in Jacksonville to live. I told all my friends. I will miss living here.
