I have lived here now for about 7 months and I love this place. My apartment was beautifal at move in. They don't have models so what you see is what you get! I liked that (no hidden suprises). The office staff was great, I couldn't get to them during office hours and they came in on Sunday so I could move in. You don't get that everwhere! They are only open Monday through Saturday. Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful. I have only had one maintenance issue and it was taken care of the same day. I'm glad I chose Spinnaker Reach as my home, I look forward to years of living here and have recommended it to all my friends. If your looking for a nice apartment in Jacksonville I suggest you move to Spinnaker Reach like I did. You'll be glad you did.
