My experience living here was very nice. I had no problems with the staff. Maintenence sprayed for bugs, changed a/c filter,and checked smoke alarms every month. There is a security guard on duty overnight.One time(2000) there had been several car break ins but that was remedied when a cop stood at the entrance and stopped every car coming in to ask them what apartment #, the name of the resident they were going to and why.I did have a problem with noisy neighbors upstairs it was taken care of quickly. There are quite a few school age children so you will hear them playing outside or around the stairwells but not at odd hours. It was unfortunate that I had to move because I exceeded the max income level.
