The apartments look nice on the inside. The head manager is awful. She bothers you after business hours, which is in your lease that they can only contact you during business hours. She has knocked on my door as late as 9pm. After my kids were in bed. She is on a MAJOR power trip. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. When people fight or kids cry even when they are watching tv. Also your electric bill will be outrageous because of the horrible insulation. Too many people hang out on the stairs and in front of their houses because there are no balconies. It looks like a scene from the movie "Friday". People let their kids run around in the streets without supervision and run up and down the hallways screaming which actually sounds like it is in your apt. Overall the place sucks. The prices aren't even "affordable" like they should be. This place doesn't even have a playground for you to take your kids. They say that they come once a month to spray for bugs but everytime that I have been home when they come all they do is change my air filter and leave. No one ever sprays anything, however they will leave a business card.
