I am so so upset by the managers way of handling the problems in this community.There are so many teenage kids in here that are so out of control.The Management should have a meeting with the parents.If this doesn't happen this community will lose alot of great tenants.This is a nice community but the company here is terrible....Beware Come See The Place In The Night Before Moving In...Cars are broken into everynight... x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

Unfortuntly management can't always fix everything and has to rely heavly on parents to do their job of parenting by installing good values and respect for others in their children. I see management often speaking with the children asking them to behave but if the parents don't teach them right from the start then there is little management can do but yet management keeps on trying when it comes to the children. They do all kinds of things for the children here to give them the opportunity to be constructive and have venues that are productive not destructive. I give management a 10 for effort and say keep up the GREAT JOB!

well I've lived here for a year now and I sit outside and smoke after 10pm everynight and its as quiet as a mouse all the time and i live on the bottom floor and have never had one break-in, or one thing stolen from me, ever. i leave my car unlocked all the time and have never had a problem with that either....I think teenagers are just that-teenagers..i've talked to them before and they are nice! I mean, sometimes they hang out by the picnic tables but hell, they have to have something to do! lighten up! this is a great place to live..

I agree having lived in 2 seperate apts and almost three years, the staff are not as nice as stated and the live in courtesy officer partakes in all the fun with the partying tenants, such as drinking. There has been lots of problems with the teenagers in that community and could not wait to move out even with that move out now on my credit, I am so glad to have moved. The apts theirselves are nice enough and maintenance ok. There is not harmony though unless you just want to join in with the problem. Have seen staff change, and been told well that person pays on time, and they knew the whole time that drugs were being sold, Pay attention, I would never recommend it to a family , we were sorry right away but held in there as the apt was nice enough, mistake. If you do not live on the third floor then you will have to listen to alot of feet and noise. The tenants hang out in the breezway and make noise all night and if you complain you are a target!
