I have lived here now for 5 years. I have to commend the management staff for all they do for everyone. There is always some kind of activity going on every month from movies for the kids, to BBQ and pool parties, to fathers day breakfasts. I have lived at many places and this is the only one I have lived at that I can honestly say I enjoy going home. Everyone in the office is always friendly and ready to help where ever they can, maintenance is always ontop of things, fixing what ever I need fixed right away. My apartment is nice and spacious and one of the best rates around. There are children here but the parents are responsible for keeping them in line, management does everything possible to make sure we have a nice, safe place to live. There is a live in courtesy officer that stays ontop of everything. The property has a real nice fitness center and is close to everything. I highly suggest if your looking for a new place to call home you check out Spinnaker Reach. I'm glad I live here and just know you will be too.
