The apartments are nice, each month when pest control comes in, a maintenance man changes out the A/C filter. I love the staff, and when I was on temp. disability, I had financial problems with getting the rent on time. The staff gave me enough time and held a possible eviction for me to get the rent in. The kids are ok and hang out near the front, since my bldg. is further back, I don't hear them. The neighbors upstairs are a little loud occaisonally, but no big problem. The rent is very reasonable as well.
