i live at spinnaker reach apartments, i have lived here for over 6 months now and i liked it at first but now i'm not impressed at all. there are too many dogs out running around, half of them are not on leashes, they leave piles of dog poop everywhere. the tenants here are lazy and don't clean up after there animals, and quite frankly i thought the lease stipulated dogs under 25 lbs. by the size of these piles of dog poop, these dogs are much bigger than 25 lbs. the office doesn't make it manditory for them to clean up after there dogs which isn't fair for those of us who don't have dogs, whey should we have to smell, look at, and step in dog poop. you can't walk anywhere on the grass or look out you'll step in something, guaranteed! it's quite disgusting.
if you don't mind living and smelling dog fecal matter, then this is the place for you!
i pay over $800 month in rent, and should have some rights not to worry about my children playing on the grass and coming home with dog poop all over them.
