Spring Park Place Apartments is made up primarily of those on HUD assistance. This has attracted many people with blind disregard to any consideration for others. It is normally loud with everyone blasting there rap music from there apartments and cars. Parents take no responsibility for there children and let them do whatever they want. The management simply doesn't care about anything, especially those who work for a living and pay there rent. Kids can be found at the corner of building C smoking pot every night, sometimes joined by a few adults.
The only good thing to say about this apartment is that the rent is low and the interior is actually pretty decent. I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this apartment complex.
