The office manager has now cleared most of the bad people out and has been really involved by walking around the property at night and running all those that had no business their to start with. I can now go home every night with listing to all the load music and smelling the pot. I get my work orders done the same day it is called in. I think I'll stay another year now that changes have been made. I just needed to talk to the office and voice my concerns.
