These apartments are okay except the fact that you have a apt above you that you can hear EVERYTHING! The courtesy patrol will come down and tell them to be quiet but they will never evict and the problem tenents. The one bedrooms have no washer and dryer connections so you will have to go to a laundry mat were they lock the doors earlier then the stated time and refuse to get your clothes out. People also throw your clothes out in the laundry mat. The parking lots are full of cracks. You have to stay on top of management for pest. If your desperate go ahead but if you have time there are better options in the jacksonville area.
