When I moved in 15 months ago, management and staff had a pride in the property. Things change including the office staff. Now they have the "don't bother me" attitude and almost anything goes on the property. People come in and swim in the pool. They take all the chairs, are loud and throw beer bottles and food all over the place. Management plays blind. This year they increased rents by 9% with no improvements to the property. Parking is impossible if you come home after 7 P.M.Safety is becoming an issue. Cars are damaged. Management doesn't want to know about it. Not a decent place to live anymore. Too bad.

Management seems to have started a new policy. If you complain about anything on the property, they tell you to go away or they will give you a 7 day notice to move. This has happened to several long term residents. Seems like a strange way to manage a property. Several new residents have mentioned that Management no longer does a credit or background checks. If you have the deposit and first months rent, they will let you move in at once. That gives most long term residents the creeps. Perhaps that is why Management seems to have determined that anything goes. When there are few criteria for a residents credit or background, you can guess the fine mix of residents that live on this property.

I have seen a huge difference from when I moved in 11/05. It took 3 days to get an approval. Now I see 3-4 people living in a studio. What kind of management company would let that happen?
