Things have changed drasticly over the past 6 months...New management really don't care who moves in. Several vehicles have been stolen... washer and dryers in the laundrymat don't work half the time...german cockroaches always a problem...lack of parking space...no one enforces parking problems here ...if you ask that something be repaired - they act like they don't have time to deal with it. It really used to be a nice place - but the new management really doesn't care about anything...and now they are getting ready to take down the surrounding forrest and build 3 bedroom apartments...that means construction noise (because jacksonville has no ordinance on times construction can be done - they could hammer away all night and the cops can't do anything) dirty streets - more traffic - and no view. Don't move here -- there are plenty of better places! I am breaking my lease to get the hell out.

This is all true. I have lived here for 15 months. There are no more credit or background checks. Anyone with a deposit can move in. Lots of car repairs being done in the lot. Lots of non running cars. Crowds of young guys in the parking lot in the evening and on weekends. Anyone can use the pool. young women won't walk in the complex or go to the pool alone anymore because of the cat calls and filthy language from these guys. Too bad. Used to be a great community. Many long term residents are leaving. All that will be left are the undesirable element.

Yes, I too just moved. Too many problems. Too much crime in the community and no respose from management.
