When I moved in on February 2006, the place was great, the staff were very helpful and the property looked great...Now, they can care less who moves into this place, cars have been broken into..I just bought a new car and I already have about 4 marks on it..I am highly pissed and the staff can give a rat's ass what happens. I have potheads living below me and they like to stay up late at night, drink and make noise The parking lots has a shitload of gigantic potholes, there are speed bumps every 10 ft of the road (literally) the people like to go slow over them and piss you off on purpose. The property is so old..our AC was ----ed up and the only thing they did to fix it was stick a peice of cardboard to block half of the duct to the living room..the stairs are suppossed to be concrete, however there are wooden steps that are eventually going to break in half. BUGS BUGS BUGS EVERYWHERE! Cockroaches the size of your fist that fly and little ants that eat every piece of food you own. You complain to the office and there excuse is that there are a lot of trees...WELL NO ----..this is Florida..they have an Orkin man come out EVERY WEEK to spray but they only do it if you request it..!! The people here are the scum of the earth trash that are coming in from other areas of town because this is in Mandarin and it is more affordable...they are raising the rent $ 50 more dollars and about 10 people have moved out of my building in the last month! this place is a complete dump the staff are morons and I can't wait till my leas is up so I can get the ---- out of here! I work for an apartment finder and I will NEVER recommend anyone to this dump EVER!!!

I noticed they have signs all over the property, trying to get residents to recommend the place to friends. Are they NUTS???? Seems they have tried hard to get rid of as many good residents as possible by raising the rents over market and renting to people that couldn't possibly pass the requirements for being legal residents. No doubt they will rent to anyone with a deposit. Meanwhile they encourage their long term good residents to move. Most people I see in the lot speak NO ENGLISH and hang out to ogle the women. While waiting for a woman to pass, they busy themselves by taking their car apart. What a place.

I think they raise the rents to keep cheap trash out. Just my two cents. You might need 'em.
