St. Augustine at the Lake

I love it here. From: crazyinlove92502 Date posted: 7/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   In February of 2006 my fiance moved into a two bedroom with another guy. That guy screwed my fiance over so many times and didn't pay rent. He wasn't on the lease (stupid on my fiance's part) and refused to leave when we told him to get out. Cops were called but we were told that since he gets mail to that address he has established residency and they couldn't do anything about. The only way we could get away from this guy was to transfer to another apartment. The staff was extremely helpful and allowed us to transfer the lease to a one bedroom for free. After everything was moved out of the two bedroom you could see how clean my fiance's room and bathroom was but the rest of the apartment was appalling. The WONDERFUL staff didn't charge us to clean up the apartment b/c they knew the terrible situation. So, in November of 2006 we moved into a one bedroom on the third floor. We LOVE it here. The staff is so nice to us, and maintanence is great. We needed our disposal fixed, our locks changed, and our AC filter changed and the maintanence guy came the next day and fixed everything. Parking is not bad at all, it was a little crowded when my fiance lived in the 2 bedroom but as long as your not lazy and can walk a few more feet to your door it isn't bad at all. Don't listen to everyone else here. This place is amazing and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Oh, and I have never had a problem with the laundry machines, everytime I have gone to do laundry they have worked. In fact I am off to get my laundry out of the dryer now...
