I am so glad I moved out! We had a huge bed bug issue which was not brought to our attention when we signed a lease we even moved a baby in! We used our 30 day love it or leave it thing that got us out! By the way the manager she didnt even know what she was doing! Horrible staff. I have heard many stories from residents trying t get out of their lease but they try to charge like over 1,000 to break a lease even with the bed bugs that have been going on in building 4! Corporate will defiantly pay for this.! Managers suck they dont even care about your needs. Anything before hood rd stay out off!! It is getting worst every day. Managment sucks sucks and is totally dumb!!! Stay away from any Mid America properties worst company I delt with!

LOL sounds like these people will never be happy any place they go. I bet St Augustine is glade they left. They sound like they are the dumb ones and whos to say they didnt bring the bed bugs with them when they moved in. People always blame problems on someone else HELLO Be adults and own up to your own issues.
